Business Development Lead
Main responsibilities:
Lead the identification, development, and management of strategic partnerships to accelerate organizational growth.
Drive fundraising efforts, including pitch development, investor engagement, and capital strategy.

Qualifications:

Experience in nature-tech or startup environments is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related field (MBA preferred).

Data scientist/signal processing engineer (radar)
Main responsibilities:
Analysis of radar datasets for environmental applications
Testing and adapting signal processing techniques for radar for environmental applications
Communication and facilitation with technology and scientific partners
Qualifications:
Degree (BA/MA) in electrical engineering, mechatronics, data or computer sciences or similar
Experience with radar databases and analysis
Proficient in English, excellent management skills and attention to detail

Main responsibilities:
Analysis of UAV imagery datasets, satellite datasets, LIDAR and on site field measurements to calculate current carbon stocks, state of the ecosystem and predict future changes
Statistical analysis of data to calculate confidence and accuracy bounds based on different data sources
Build models to improve result accuracy, reduce field data collection costs, and estimate risks.

Experience with large scale environmental datasets and statistical analysis

Main responsibilities:
Collection of UAV imagery in the field, analysis and derivation of carbon stock, plant health, biodiversity metrics
Collection and analysis of UAV LIDAR data, analysis of large scale datasets using appropriate tools to estimate carbon stocks and other metrics.
Communication and facilitation with technology and scientific partners
Qualifications:
Degree (BA/MA) in GIS, ecology, spatial sciences or similar
Experience with large scale UAV datasets and LIDAR
Proficient in English, excellent management skills and attention to detail
Ideal candidate:
Remote pilot license for multicopter and VTOL drones
